QVault is Australia’s first secure, paperless and streamlined solution for issuing AQF compliant certificates and is

QVault certificates incorporate existing compliance requirements from AQF Certification Documentation structures within the aXcelerate platform. With the click of a button, certificates are auto-generated with RTO and student-specific information pulled directly from the student management system.

“aXcelerate has always been at the forefront of providing market-leading student management solutions to the education sector, and our partnership with Learning Vault brings further strength to our offering through a ground-breaking new product,” says aXcelerate CEO David O’Rourke. “Issuing paper certificates has always been a pain point for the sector, so a game-changing digital solution like QVault is a welcome addition to our platform.”

As well as handling all AQF compliant data, each digital certificate issued includes detailed information relating to the student’s course history. QVault certificates are tamper-proof and can be verified from anywhere in the world in real-time, showing what the student has achieved, when and with which organisation.

QVault data is stored only on local Australian servers, and Learning Vault is a wholly Australian owned and operated Edtech company.

“Compliance is an essential part of issuing credentials, so we also make sure that data security is of the highest standard with any organisation we partner with,” says O’Rourke. “Learning Vault ticked all those boxes for us.”

Learning Vault co-founder and CEO Nicholas Alderdice said the partnership was an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a fellow Australian company that shares a passion for education technology.

“Learning Vault was created to drive positive advances in education and credentialing through digital technology, and we consider our partnership with aXcelerate to be completely aligned with that mission” says Alderdice. “aXcelerate represents a great example of the strength that Australian-grown technology can offer, and we’re proud to have our technology integrate with the platform.”

QVault will be available on the aXcelerate platform from March 1st, 2023.
